This workshop is based on the ten Healing Factors from Radical Hope by Dr. Kelly Turner, Ph.D.
The following factors have been beneficial in aiding individuals to overcome cancer or other chronic illnesses.
Strong Reasons for Living, Empowering Yourself, Exercise, Herbs, Diet, Positive Emotions, Releasing Suppressed Emotions, Intuition, Spirituality, and Social Support.

July Body & Mind Grounding Sessions. Are you feeling overwhelmed and searching for a sense of stability? I invite you to join me for a 30-minute grounding session. This activity incorporates mindful breathing, meditation, and gentle body movements to help you find your center.
